Dr. Cynthia A. Crespin, Managing Editor


Dr. Cynthia Crespin is a psychologist who specializes in educational training and consulting including leadership and assessment as well as career and personal development. Dr. Crespin has over fifteen years of professional experience as an educator, having worked as a high school instructor, a clinical therapist, a career coach and college counselor, a college and graduate school professor, an experiential education program director, a researcher, and an independent consultant. Awards include receiving two grants from Northeastern University for her work in higher education.

Dr. Crespin earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Harvard University and her master’s degree in Education, with specialization in Teaching and Curriculum Design, from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology.

Dr. Crespin regularly advises and instructs students, college alumni, and employers to help them achieve their goals. She has enjoyed designing and facilitating educational programming at numerous institutions of higher learning including Colorado College's Career Center, Northeastern University’s Departments of Psychology and Co-operative Education, Fordham University's Counseling Center, the City University of New York, and Harvard College.
