Greg Frith, Chief Investment Officer

Greg worked at Morgan Stanley for three years in the equity derivatives/quantitative strategy group, gaining extensive experience in quantitative research, statistical back-testing, product development, portfolio construction and portfolio rebalancing strategies.  His knowledge of investment strategy and global economics is a tremendous asset to 401kid.  He founded FBS, a hedge fund management firm in 1998, and presently develops the investment strategies for the $15 million fund.  His combination of quantitative abilities and breadth of knowledge on global economics is rare and invaluable.

As Chief Investment Officer, Greg has developed the current strategies employed by 401kid and will continue to be responsible for research and development of new strategies.  Greg graduated with Honors from Columbia’s School of Engineering, where he was Captain of the Ivy League Champion Division-I Men’s Soccer Team.
